Repair to Bush LCD26TV005 TV

Question

Recently bought through EBAY above tv, there's a problem with the on/off switch. Tried to get it repaired from local repair man - advised no parts available. Trying to locate a Bush Manufacturer to advise if problem can be repaired and if so where. Been hunting internet for hours, not very computer literate, any suggestions would be appreciated
