Repeater strong in the Racing Welfare Handicap
The hard to ignore entry in the Class 2 Racing Welfare Handicap is the contender of the Group 2 Stobart Doncaster Cup (British Champions Series), the three-year-old bay gelding, Repeater. He is the only entry among the twelve, three-year-old and above contenders
who has raced at a graded level.  The mile, six furlong and 17 yard race will be hosted by Yarmouth on Thursday, 20th September.
There is strong competition in the field as many entries have either emerged from success in the last race or have been placed decently in the last few.
The three-year-old bay gelding, Repeater, has been active four times during the new season, three handicaps and a graded race. None could culminate into success.
He kick started the season with a second score in the bet365.com Handicap on 7th July, 2012 at Haydock over a mile and four furlongs. Riding with jockey, Chris Catlin, Repeater was defeated by the favourite entry, Gabrial The Great, by 1 ¾ lengths.
He broke strongly and raced with determination, but could not match up the speed of the winner during the concluding furlong of the race.
The most recent try of Montjeu’s three-year-old bay gelding was in the Group 2 Stobart Doncaster Cup on 14th September, 2012 at Doncaster over two miles and two furlongs.
The race was won by, Times Up, while the Sir Mark Prescott Bt trained stationed fourth in the field of ten with jockey, Luke Morris, onboard.
The 9 to 4 entry will get paired up with jockey, Chris Catlin, for the race today, and the duo will break from the 12th gate.
The 14 to 1 entry, Suzi’s A  Class Act, has graced the race track eight times ever since the new season clocked in, and have won only twice with an encouraging success at Yarmouth.
The four-year-old grey filly won the Banham Poultry Handicap on 8th August, 2012 at Yarmouth over a mile and six furlongs. The filly landed the race by a highly impressive massive margin of sixteen lengths.
The James Eustace trained failed to strike a hat-trick, but did maintain a certain level of ranking. She has drawn the tenth stall, and will race with jockey, Andrea Atzeni.
