I have that dream who is always going around around night by night..Always some kinda different but its the same one...

I'm alaways running from someone and trying to escape but in the end always someone cathes me..Its like someone is tourchering me... This dream comes again and again in different forms...there are aways some kinda buildings from different material plastic , ice , fire and etc... Please some answer me whats going on....

Try meditation daily morning and evening for half-an hour ...which will calm down your mind and makes your mind fresh .... don't think too much about the dream.... if this not solves your problem consult a doctor
