Rephrased- Should I get a Lawyer?

I have a catering business, I was in a major food store packing my groceries .when at the end of the counter there was water which I did not see, I slipped and was injured, I was taken to hospital by ambulance...I was told by the emerge doctor my knee was sprained and maybe tore but was to swollen to tell as of yet, I was supposed to start a full time job in a nursing home kitchen as of tuesday....knee is to swollen and bruised ...Had a catering yesterday.had to hire 3 extra people to do my job.....

  1. Dont be greedy...ooo, you fell. Deal with it dude. Dont sue someone of there money for your mistake.

    Yeah, they could have had a sign or something..but your injury isnt major at all.
