Replace a window motor and regulator on a 2001 Ford Windstar mini van?

i try to remove the reviet bolt on the side of my door but unable to , is there any other way to remove the reviet bolt and any instruction in how to replace a regulator is most appreciated

You need a small punch (or nail) and a drill with the right size of drill.

Knock the center part of the rivet out, then drill the head off the rivet and knock it out.

I only used the bolts on mine when I reinstalled. Also took me two tries to get the window aligned right to work all the way up and down.

But in the end it was the switch's to the window that was the problem and all that work was waisted. I used ones out of an explorer and reworked them to fit the trim on my Aerostar.
