Question:

Replaced CPU fan, now it won't boot up.

Well I have done this several times on PC's and never had this happen.
I changed out the CPU fan, PC case fan and CPU fan started when I
powered up, but that's it. No video output and it doesn't appear to
have any hard drive activity either.
Power supply feeds are all good, no loose cables, reseated CPU several
times and the same with memory. There are no beeps when booting either.
I had another AMD Athalon in an unused PC, and that didn't help. So both CPU's work in my spare PC and so does the RAM.
Cleared CMOS according to manual, no help.

Any help would be appreciated.
