A couple of months ago I purchased an Insignia - Sport 4GB Video Mp3 player with Bluetooth - Model :NS-4V17b , it worked fine for about a month or so and then started randomly freezing. The only way I could restart it was to take the back off and unplug the battery from it and then replug it again and it would start working again, but I had to do this allot and eventually one of the wires on the battery gave out and there was no way to fix it, and I need to know if and where I can get a replacement battery for it, if you have any answers for me I'd really appreciate it.
