Replacement footrest

Question

Do you know where I can readily purchase a plastic footrest for a stroller (riveted accross bottom of stroller just above the front wheels for the child to rest his/her feet on. The footrest on our Toys-R-Us stroller has split.

plastic foot rest has snapped on pushchair,need to find a replacement.any ideas?
