Replacement laptop charger from pc world?

recently my laptop charger has became loose and unable to operate. This means my laptop ahs no juice. U got it from pc world and took out a 5 year business warrenty. Will pc world replace said charger for free or will i have to pay ?

If it is under warranty, INSIST that they foot the cost of replacement or repair.....that's why you paid for the warranty in the first instance

for pc world warranty it will take weeks before you get one that's if they cover it so easier way is to buy a universal one for like £30 rather than wait for them. it could be that the pin on the laptop is lose not the charger's be sure what it is because it's 2 diffrent problems.
