Replacement of 1998 Dodge Intrepid Infinity Stereo System?

We purchased this car with a after market CD installed and I pulled the covers off the front door panels and it appears that they replaced these as well. But it sounds like there is a speaker in the dash that is blown. Is there a small (3.5") speaker in the dask, and can the wires just be cut? What about the tweeters, should they be cut or replaced?

there are 4" speakers not 3.5"

wires can be cut  - no problem

why to cut tweeters if they are ok.

get some new front components, it will be good for you
