Replacing a Turbo Maniflold to a SR20 Engine?

I have a Nissan Pulsar GTi-R with and SR20 DET engine which has seized and have not been able to get replacement parts for it. I just found a SR20 engine which is running good. Can I replace it with the turbo manifold that I have from my DET engine?

The SR-20 DET has 7 to 1 compression the SR-20 has approx 10 to 1 to much compression. Lower the boost 7 psi add lots of fuel or replace the pistons.
