Replacing a faulty mouse?

Question

I have a Logitech EX110 keyboard and mouse that came together. The mouse has started double/triple clicking and mis-behaving. Having a friend drop it several times on the floor as he surfed has not helped.

I have ordered a Logitech LX6 mouse as a replacement. Will it match up with my keyboard or will I have to replace that too? Thank you

It wont make any difference if they don't match,..otherwise i wouldn't be using mine! ;)

My old Mouse that came with my PC was damaged so i got a new Wireless one form Trust.

All i did was take out the old Mouse i had,..and plugged in the new ones Receiver to the back of my CPU.

It started to install the drivers for the new one on my system,..while i put batteries in my Mouse,..and was up and running for me to use straight away! ;)

I now have a Emachine PC with Keyboard & Speakers,..a Benq Monitor,..a Trust Mouse and Microphone and a Mikomi Webcam!,..so if my system can work with all the different branded equipment,..then you're should to!

It doesn't matter what Brand they are,as long as they are compatible with you're OS and they have been installed properly to work .

both entirely separate devices...you can use your original keyboard

Although you bought them as a package you can buy them as separate items.

Keyboards and mouses are entirely separate. Using a different mouse will make no difference to your keyboard.
