Replacing a old mobile for a new one?

we have a 3 bedroom mobile home that we have lived in for 9 years and we would like to get a 4 bedroom newer mobile..our mobile home is 24 years old...can we use our same septic tank?..the tank is 9 years old and in good condition...also we don't want a brand new home ; just want to "update"..we live in columbia s.c....please help..

Since every town and State have different zoning laws the best way to find your answers is to speak to the town or County Building Dept.  or Code enforcement officers.  They will give you all the info plus any forms and permit applications needed.
