  1. You are playing a dangerous game there Pejman. What you are trying to do is illegal.  You cannot replace a 7.5kw shower with a 10kw.  It will need a qualified electrician.  Water and electricity do not mix.  If you wire it wrong you will be electrocuted.

  2. Its illegal for you to do this yourself as of 2004. as you need to get an electrical safety certificate which only and electrician can provide.

go the safe and legal route get an electrician in - you can buy the shower if you're worried they'll rip you off but they MUST do the work as its electricity and water. also you MUST have a RCD fitted to wither the whole house or the shower circuit!

  3. You only have to have a safety certificate if you are a landlord renting a property. To change your shower, remove or switch off the fuse for the shower, and turn off the cold water supply. Remove the front cover, and undo electric cable from shower. Next undo water inlet. Remove the screws holding shower to wall and remove. To fit new shower is the reverse of these instructions,. There is no need to change your electric cable or fuse etc.

  4. Too hard to say, but a minimum 250quid.

If in England and Wales you can DIY if you tell Building control first, but that's 100 quid (usually). Scotland's got it's own rules as does the Irish Republic...

  5. ( brocken,pull fuse ? ) You will need a 10 KW shower,45amp MCB,30ma/60amp+ RCD,10m of 10mm T&E cable,45/50 amp pull switch. And a qualified sparky to certify the installation ( part "P" regs ) Cost about £ 350
