Replacing existing floor w/ stained concrete. Will cat pee stain the stained concrete?

it may, concrete is very porous and therefore stains easily. if you go this route, use a good sealer on it. good luck!

As far as the cat pee goes, it would depend upon the type of sealer you apply.
