I have a double pane arched window 70 inches across. The inner pane of glass has developed a large crack that runs from top to bottom vertically. I would like to have it repaired and have three questions before I have someone come out to give me as estimate. 1. Is it possible to just replace the glass without replacing or taking out the whole window? 2. If so - what would be a reasonable estimate of cost? 3. How long does a job like that usually take? ( I ask because we have rain almost every other day lately.) Thanks in advance for any info you can give to help me make an informed decision..

  1. If it is just a crack then try this. Go to AutoZone and but a couple windshield crack repair kits, read the directions. Or you might get a little artistic and paint or have someone paint a picture or print a picture on clear window film and cover the crack for a whole lot cheaper and come out ahead with some art in your window. I know pros cost a lot they have to eat and the gov.org needs brand new tax $$ to ride around in lol!!

  2. Best way to get it done by proffetional ppl.they know their job perfactely take their advise and follow it.
