Replacing hinges on NEFF built in fridge

The top hinge of my NEFF built in fridge has broken. I've got new hinges, but can't see how to remove the hinges without taking the fridge out - i.e big job. Can anybody advise please ? Also the hinge kit I've got only has two hinges, the appliance has three. Do I need to replace all hinges ?
