Replacing some floor pans on my 68' impala?

Question

the fron passenger floor pan isbad and the driver side isnt near as bad but i would like to replaceit anyway because its bad enough where i would like to replace it. I have already POR 15'ed the whole floor of the car just so it wouldnt rust anymore but they need to be replaced anyway. I was wondering If i will need the floor braces to go with the floor pans or not.its would be a $200 diffrence.

I have done a lot of floor pans and the way that I see it and tell the customers is that why spend your money and my time and not replace the braces if they show rust, its only $200.00 bucks in your case so I would do it.........
