Replacing watch battery?

We have replaced many watch batteries without any trouble. However, I removed the watch back on this particular watch and replaced the battery, but now am unable to replace the back. Any suggestions?

  1. Take it to a Jeweler, most jewelry shop will change the battery for free if you buy one from them.
