Reply Fast Please! Trojan Horse on my computer, Need serious advice and help!?

Ok. I am an administrator on Windows Vista Home Premium. My mothers account got a pop-up saying I had trojans and 2 other viruses on my computer. It told me to install some c**p, i tryed, and my moms account blocked it out from installing because she isn't an administrator. I am currently running a scan with McAFee, and its c**p. McAFee doesnt pick up anything, and i can't redo my operating system. I can do system restores, and temporarily install anti-viruses if needed. I really need help, reply quickly. And i have to do this without my father finding out. If he found out i got a trojan on the home computer he'd send me to a hotel..
