Question:

Reporting a Prob to YahooMusic Tech Supt generates an err. Is there any way I can rept my problem? JanSmith37?

I have successfully upgraded from MusicMatch JukeBox to YahooMusic JukeBox. After about three weeks enjoying it I could no longer logon. When entering my Yahoo ID and Password I get the following message:

“We apologize for the inconvenience but this page has not loaded properly. Please try again later.”

I then did the next logical thing. I went to the YahooMusic Support page, documented the problem and pressed ‘Submit”. I received a “Sorry, we have encountered an error” message. As I am learning, Yahoo is not the easiest site to talk to.

So, If anyone knows of a way to communicate this issue to YahooMusic, please share.

  1. What build of YMJ are you running. Try uninstalling your current version and then update to version 2.2:
