I have successfully upgraded from MusicMatch JukeBox to YahooMusic JukeBox. After about three weeks enjoying it I could no longer logon. When entering my Yahoo ID and Password I get the following message:
“We apologize for the inconvenience but this page has not loaded properly. Please try again later.â€Â
I then did the next logical thing. I went to the YahooMusic Support page, documented the problem and pressed ‘Submitâ€Â. I received a “Sorry, we have encountered an error†message. As I am learning, Yahoo is not the easiest site to talk to.
So, If anyone knows of a way to communicate this issue to YahooMusic, please share.
