  1. You should certainly contact the restaurant first, and then, depending on their reaction, Environmental Health. You will,of course, be required to prove that whatever is wrong with you is a) food poisoning and not something else and b) that you contracted it at the restaurant in question.

  2. Call the restaurant manager, and write the parent company if there is one. You need to find out if others had the same reaction you did. Then contact your county Health Department (look in the county listings in the front of the white pages)

and speak to the restaurant inspector.

  3. Resteraunt, if no satisfactory outcome then try Environmental Health. Have all your facts to hand, it's difficult to prove food poisoning to one specific place though so be prepared for the long haul

  4. YOUR doctor first then the council for the Environmental health

  5. Start with your local Health Dept. They are the ones that issue the Food Service Operation Licenses.

  6. The health department but you will need medical or ER room papers to back you up on it.

  7. Ohhh no - contact your Local Trading Standards first! The restuarant would only try to hide whatever is wrong there!

  8. Do a search for KFC RATS on utube. Great videos!

  9. You should contact the restaurant first.  They should tell you to contact your GP. You cannot just assume that the food poisoning is from the restaurant how do you know it is not the Novo Virus??? Your GP should ask you to provide a stool sample to confirm the food poisoning (disgusting to do but if you are convinced you have food poisoning you will need to get it confirmed) Depending on the results I think you will then have to contact your local environmental health office and they will take the claim very very seriously.

  10. If you are considering any kind of legal repercussion, you need to contact the restaurant as soon as possible and let them know that you got sick. Then contact the Health Department.
