  1. f you are a born American citizen and have the same job qualifications of a Illegal alien, then you are in big trouble my friend.

    No offense

  2. Background checks help a small company disqualify ANY person who may not be suitable for the position. Just as you don't want an illegal immigrant working you also don't want a citizen who has theft charges handling your cash register.

Yes you can report the person but whether it's acted upon depends.

  3. whenever you get a job anywhere you have to show photo ID and SS#, if you are hispanic and have no SS# you would have to show a green card. If you dont have this you are most apt to be illegal and not hirable in the US. GO home.

  4. Better than that, you can place them under citizen's arrest.  They're breaking the law.  Any American can arrest a person who is breaking the law.  Carry a tazer before you do the arrest.  Those illegals can get fiesty.

  5. In order to hire someone in the Us you have to fill out an I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) OMB No. 1115-0136.

You the employer have to verify that the person you are hiring is eligible to work in the US. The hiring person can only go by what documentation is given to him/her which may be a forgery, stolen, etc. For this reason e-verify has come about. The more states that adopt it the better we will be.
