First of all astrology aside if he is a mature and caring guy then your chances are great and he will be true to you!

Astrology speaking my brother is a Pisces and when he likes a girl he will pull out the red carpet for her.  My brother will buy his ladies anything they want and need, also will take them to classy restaurants!  

Pisces guys are generally sensitive, caring, understanding, generous, and compassionate.  You may have to make the first move but it will be worth it.

Pisces male and Capricorn female should be a great match once they learn to respect the others differences!
