Briefly explain how levels of LH, estrogen, and progesterone change during the ovarian cycle.

This site seems like it has what you're looking for...  there are explanations and a nice graph that shows how the hormones fluctuate in relation to one another over 28 days.  I skimmed over it but don't feel like summarizing!
