Reptile breeding license?

If i wanted to start breeding reptiles and sell them on a website, would i need a breeding license of some sort if i live in california? If so where would i go to obtain one and how much is the cost of something like that? Also would i need 2 different license, a breeding one and a buissness one?

i think that you dont need a lisence for smaller animals, such as rodents, nonvenomous reptiles and birds. and i dont think that an independant breeder wouldnt need a buissness liscence
