  1. for a black kingsnake you need:

baby kingsnake -- a 29 gallon LONG tank.  an undertank heater on one side (ask the pet store the right size)...put substrate in about an inch deep then put the hide box on the side with the undertank heater...then add more substrate (kings like to burrow in it).  on the cold side put the water dish and then somewhere in the tank put a log (grapevine from the pet store...no bugs in it) so that the snake can use this to climb on and to help himself shed.  i also put a fake vine in so that the snake can climb on it...mine has an identity complex...he thinks hes arboreal.

adult kingsnake -- a 40 gallon LONG tank.  an undertank heater on one side (again ask the pet store the right size)...put substrate in about two inches deep then put the hide box on the side with the undertank heater...then add alot of substrate so that the snake can gets it's whole body hidden in the substrate.  on the cold side put the water dish and then somewhere in the tank put a log (grapevine from the pet store...no bugs in it) so that the snake can use this to climb on and to help himself shed.  i dont put a plant in my adults tank...she doesnt like to climb so much...she just wants out and wants attention.

  2. yes a 40 gallon breeder would be perfect for a bearded dragon be careful about letting it outside, don't leave it alone because u don't want it eating something deadly (like a firefly)
