Republican gubernatorial candidate names dog "Dubya." Isn't that animal abuse?

The Republican candidate for governor in Washington state, Dino Rossi, who is running against current governor Christine Gregoire, is so enamored with George W. Bush that he has a dog named "Dubya." Of course, we all feel sorry for the dog----is this animal abuse?

Absolutely. The dog really isnt that dumb is it? Could have called it condelizza but then im sure it isnt such a trout either.
