Was anyone else surprised with John McCain's VP choice.

I was for sure that he was going to pick Romney.

I was watching Palin's Speech and I really like her but I honestly didn't even know that he was looking at her as a potential vp candidate.

Was anyone else surprised?

  3. She's been a potential candidate since he became the nominee.  It wasn't a surprise at all except for the fact that recently all the talk had been about Romney and Pawlenty.

    She's also one of the two big new names in GOP politics with Bobby Jindal being the other.  

    BTW, I'm actually an idependent who's supporting McCain and I thought he was going to pick Pawlenty; so what do I know.

  4. I was very surprised. McCain succeeded in shocking us all. But from what I've learned about her I think she's a good choice.

  5. I thought he was going to pick Romney too. Of course I also think that Romney would have made an awful VP. I think Palin would make an awful VP too. Actually I kind of think all of McCain's VP options sucked.

    I miss Ron Paul.

  6. Obama for President. And Biden for VP for the next 8 years. I careless for the Republicans because all they care about is themselves. And if u don't have health care or make at least $5 million a year, u are NOTHING to them....Get it together people.

  7. Yeah i could care less about liberals too - it is hard talking to people of that low mental ability - nothing but shrill anxiety.

    I think its a great choice - you can see the fear in the liberals eyes today as they were trounced by the McCain Palin team.

  8. Yes, it was a surprise. Judging by the violent reaction...i'd say it took the followers of prophet Obama by surprise too. I'm actually pretty satisfied with the pick. The more people see of her the more they will like her.

  9. Pleasantly surprised. McCain made a very shrewd pick and I applaud him.
