I like the lowering taxes but I would be disappointed if spending, other than military, wasn't cut.  But, of course, the President actually doesn't tax or spend money..

I also would be satisfied that a socialist like Obama is NOT the President..

McCain is not a big spender.  He voted against Bush's tax cut because there was no accompanying legislation to keep spending in line.  McCain wants legislation that makes earmarks (pork barrel spending) illegal.

McCain was correct on the first Bush tax cuts, to require a cut in spending as well.  I do not look for McCain to spend like Bush.  As I am sure your aware our actual tax (maybe in the future) is what is spent.
