  1. It remains to be seen.  I thought for sure Romney would be the pick since he has a strong business background and could carry MI and steal votes in MA.  I don't know much about Palin yet but I commend McCain for having the courage to pick someone who might not be as popular right off and someone who is a true reformer and has actually brought about change in her state while in office.

  2. No RomneyPalin 2012!

  3. I thought they could get a lot of mileage out of Jon Voight.

  4. Ok so you are asking a question aimed at talking to "republicans who are disappointed that Romney or Giuliani" were not the choice for VP...

So far I am with you... Very insightful stuff... ok so what do you have to ask this "group of people"....

    Lets read on....

"Would they have "been" a better choice?"

    Wow...

You're going to get some amazing answers... So you want to know if the supporters of certain candidates, would think their own favorite would be a better choice...

You must be a hoot at dinner parties. What's next? Do people who like Hillary more... think she would have been a better choice then Obama?

Oh I do wait with great excitement for your next question.

  5. In simple terms:  McCain has his head up his ***.

The polls show that Obama has a thin lead (5-10%).  But what McCain didn't take into consideration is that when a black candidate is running for a position, and a poll is taken, people will poll positive for the black (to sound PC), then vote for the other.

McCain was closer then he thought.  But he blew it with his Palin pick.  The Palin pick was a desperate move that wasn't necessary.  If he chose Romney or Giuliani he would have maintained his stability; maybe even won over some of the anti-McCain Republicans.  Now he just looks like a quack.

Looks like Obama has got it.

  6. If they're not disappointed now, they will be on Nov 4.

  7. Hey...If McCain WIns I guarantee you Rudy will be sniffing around the Naval Observatory.  I understand the Palin family is looking at designer Trailers in anticipation of the move.  Sarah also plans to hire Lynne Spears as a nanny,

  8. I'm fine with Palin.  Although ,you have Hillary supporters unhappy with Biden I;m sure.
