Well surprise, surprise there may be some Republicans with a few brains.

I consider myself a pretty liberal democrat too. I used to think I was Republican, but over the years I have grown closer to the Democrats. This year we got it RIGHT! I never voted for Bush, and I doubt I will ever vote for a Republican again. I will not vote for McCain, because he is just offering more of the same, tired old politics, and we simply cannot afford it. How can I have faith in the Republican party, when they have no faith in us, the citizens of the USA? After all, they call most of us whiners. They can't figure a clear path through this mess they scripted. So they think we, the people can't figure it out either. But we CAN! We have put people into outer space, we invented the telephone, connected ourselves to the rest of the world with a computer(and made it affordable to just about everyone), and we can do it. I don't take too kindly to people telling me, we are a bunch of whiners.

We don't need foreign oil, as much as they would like us to be.

I'm voting for Obama because he is so handsome & charming and wants to bring to change to our country. With Obama hope will have a chance for a comeback in the terrible world we live in. Oh, and people in Europe love him and they are never wrong.

I am a Republican, choosing not to vote for Senator Obama because I don't trust him with his finger on the button.

P.S: good luck finding anyone legitimately on the right side of the spectrum who actually supports the man. He likes to say things like that in his speeches because it sounds nice, but I don't think any real Republican would vote for the most liberal guy in the Senate (that poll that he cites that says McCain votes Republican 90% of the time actually has Obama voting with the Democrats 97% of the time).

Within the republican party over 50% hate Bush, so if they new anything about politics it would make sense that over 50% would vote for Obama. McCain voted the same thing as Bush 90% of the time in the past 8 years. If he's voted people might be confused thinking Bush is serving a 3rd term

McCain isn't even a conservative - so why even vote for him?

McCain is fake and a flip-flopper. Before he was the nominee, he used to be against so many things Conservatives believed in and then all of sudden he flip-flopped on everything. I don't trust him at all.
