it will backfire if they rally as though they need to continue the policy of the last 8 years but it wouldn't be pc for the party to distance itself from Bush too much, so how does it navigate this issue next week?

  1. I'm a Republican, but for now the party has lost its philosophy completely and I will be voting for Obama.  The Republicans are in deep trouble - they don't support balancing the budget, cutting the federal bureaucracy, states rights, individual liberty, keeping American soldiers available to defend America.  I could go on, but the Republican Party is essentially the party of name calling and angry rants.  It's embarrassing, and I hope Ronald Reagn is out there somewhere, shaking his head at how sad the party has become.

  2. Show some strength if it has any. McCain has not showed leadership qualities. I hope Palin can give him some!!!
