Reputable place/person to help plan everything for a cabo san lucas vacation?

I never knew planning for a vacation can be so stressful. I thought this was suppose to be a getaway vacation?

Well my girlfriend and I are planning to go to Cabo San Lucas for 5-7 days for our very first vacation and we're looking to do some activities like ATV, wave runner, check out the arch and lovers beach.

Do you know any reputable agent that can help recommend good places and put everything together for us for a good deal (Personal "hookups" would be nice)? The round plane trip, ride to the hotel and hotel and activity reservations.

I don't know if it matters locally but I'm from Orange County, California.

We went a couple of years ago and are actually going back next week.. last time I used this place http://www.bajaxplorer.com to book a few activities and they did a pretty good job... but I know the hotel we stayed at also offered to book activities for us (dont' know if it would have been cheaper, but even still it wasnt expensive).

Then there's this place  http://www.cabosail.com that had a really nice sail boat (the Yael) and they were a really nice couple, fed us and gave us booze! haha! In fact I booked another trip with them for this year.

As far as hotels etc, not sure of any agents, but we're staying at Villa del Arco which is a nice place and is walking distance (not too far) to town (the bars etc!)
