Request to inform the best software to compose music?

I am interested to become musician.Which software is the best one to compose music.All the musical sounds of music instruments must be included in that software and free to be download.Except fruity loop.

i don't know of a free one but sibelius, it's a great program that lets you compose every instrument you've every seen. But it is quite expensive sorry i couldn't help you with a free one.
