I require 1 BHK room on rent in Kandivali + Malad+goregaon area in Mumbai. If any one has any information or looking for renting any room,please let me know. I do not want to involve any broker in between us as it will save money to both the parties

Thats a bit difficult, if u don't intend 2 ve a broker. I have myself been living in a rented flat and search for 1 every 11 months. Try out 99acres.com and other property sites and look for listings directly from owner.

get the latest copy of admags you'l get it for Rs.7 at any railway station book stall. you will get more options than you'll need. else, try middays classifieds. good luck. its easy to avoid a broker. one more suggestion.. simply do a chain=mail via all your orkut contacts...the more they forward the more chances of you finding one

the above suggestion about Ad-Mag is the best alternative, if you don't want to involve any brokers and brokerage. They also have a website http://www.indiaconnect.com

it's better to involve a broker since you get a better range of rooms to choose from.
