Require courses for math professor?

can any one tell me all the courses/classes to take in order to be a math professor in college? thx y'all

  1. You'll need a master's degree in Mathematics at the least, preferably a PhD in Math.


  2. there are way too many to list. Go to the Academic advisor and get a list.

You will need the following: A bachelor's degreee in Mathematics, a Master's degre in Mathematics, and a PhD. in Mathematics.  You can expect to earn about $80,000 per year as a tenured professor.  You will need to learn advanced mathematics, such as calculus, linear and nonlinear geometry, statistics, and literally dozens of branches of mathematics.  I suggest you begin by looking at the courses required for a bachelor's degree.  Once you see that list, you can probably think double the work for a master's and then triple the work of your master's to get a PhD.  Go for it!
