some of them have a smokers area

why not quit smoking? then you wouldn't have to stand outside like an outcast!

The Inn on the Green and the new restaurant next to it, in Acocks Green has a large decking area for smokers.  Slug and Lettuce in Touchwood Solihull has a nice outside area which I think can be used by smokers.  Del Villagio, Bull Ring has outside seating area which I presume can be used.  La Tasca opposite Symphony Hall has an outside seating area and presume again it can be used.  Hope this helps.

Just use the pavement like every other gdam smoker. Smokers create more litter than any other group. Hate them.
