Required a sound divice for c media cmi 8738/pci...

Dir Sir ,
I have a sound card of frontech c media cmi 8738/pci
,now I upgrate my pc in vista and this sound card is not working
now the decice which thery provide it doesn`t work with
vista.
What is the path where i solve this problem.
