Oxford doesn't have a fixed set of grade requirements, but you have to convince them that you're as good or better than other applicants, who are usually of a very high standard. How high depends a lot on what Oxford college or field of study you are interested in. I suggest you write to one or two Oxford colleges and describe yourself and see if they're interested, and to the Department you're interested in if you're thinking of coming as a graduate student -- much easier for a foreigner to come as a graduate than an undergraduate. By "BC" do you mean "Balliol College" - it's one of the hardest to get into. Or do you mean you are coming from British Columbia?
