Requirements for a PS3 system?

The Ps3 come with everything u need . it comes twith the standard cable u get from the ps2 ( with the yellow white and red cable ) controler and everything . It has free internet previledges so no need to purchase anything else other than the wireless .

It has the famous blu ray hd which is the best on the market so far and its a very cheap blu ray player. But u willl have to purchase a hdmi cable for that .

but yes the ps3 does work with any tv

lol nah you dont need a flat screen

you can use the ps3 on just about everything

i use it on an sdtv and it looks fantastic

the flat screen hdtv just makes the graphics

look crissper

but just buy it

oh and if you have a router thatd be great

so you can connect to the internet without the cord

cuz its like wifi duudeee

There are no requirements. I play on a 9 inch regular, non HD, non flatscreen ,non plasma, non LCD tv.

No, you don't. You need a HDTV to take advantage of the system's full resolution, but it will still play fine on a standard TV.

the PS3 will work with any CRT tv but to get the full effect of all the PS3 has to offer the use of a LCD or PLASMA (1080p) with a HDMI  cable is needed.

Not true.  All you need is a TV and a power source.
