Requirements for admission at Imperial College London [mechanical engineering]?

Hi, I'm currently a second year mechanical engineering student at Centennial College in Toronto. I'm both Polish and Canadian citizen, and wish to apply for admission at Imperial College. My GPA last year was 85% and this year I'm hoping to reach 90%. Can anyone let me know about the requirements for admission? I've heard Imperial College has the best reputation among any other institutions. I'm just wondering if there will be a chance for me to get into their program.
