  1. 1.) I'm 15. Do you think I could learn the amount of japanese required to be able to go to a japanese university when I graduate?

It is highly unlikely that you could manage to learn enough if you are just getting started now (unless you were doing a program that was primarily in English).

2.)Do Japanese colleges want exchange students? Do they try and get exchange students?

Yes, to some extent...see the following:

3.)What is the GPA requirements to go to an average japanese university? I did very badly my freshman year but this year I did very well.

Do you have any ninjitsu skills? Precision skills with throwing stars etc. can go a long way towards boosting your chances.

4.)Where do you live? In a dorm? With a family?

Probably a dorm, but either is possible.

5.)Do all US colleges offer exchange to other countries?

No, but a lot of them do.

6.)Should I try and go freshman year or wait?

I would wait until sophomore year and give yourself more time to pick up the language. If you go and love it, you could transfer.
