Before starting with the list. Only Philippino nationals can marry in a Consulate or Embassy of the Philippines. So if your spouse is not a Pilipino don't even think of it. For the list of required documents I just give you the short advice to phone in there also to find out if they do marriages since not every Consulate or Embassy of the Philippines is offering that service.
