  1. you don't have to meet any requirements to play running back, just ask your coach to let you play that position, and work hard at being that study the plays and show the coach you can do it

       hoped that helped

p.s im in 7th grade 2 and play for novato  and im left tackle

  2. anywhere from 5'3-6'0. If you're over 6'0 and you're fast, you should play WR or TE, because you'll h elp the team a lot more.

Weight should be around 115-160 depending on your size and build.

40 yard varies. If you're faster than most, but can hang on the ball, its worthless. Same vice versa, if you don't fumble, you may be good for 3rd and short carries and goal line carries, but you wont get many chances outside of that. I'd say anything under 5.1 is respectable. 5.3 and under is decent.

But like KJ said, unless there is a total stud on D, if youre quick and elusive, yo'ull get a lot of yards

  3. just fast and elusive. in middle school noone is a sure tackler, so if you can make people miss you've got it

  4. all you have to do is work hard and kick @$$

  5. It doesn't matter. You just have to be the best on the field
