My financee is in Bogota, Colombia. I think I have everything I need for the Visa application: I - 129F & G -325A, 2 passport photos, proof I've been to Bogota several times, written statements from both of us stateing we agree to marry, copy of my pass port, etc. What else do I need? Would it speed the process up to marry in Colombia?

  1. Double check to see if you need the I-130. We submitted the I-130 and 325 from both of us including all personal docs like divorce decrees, 2 passport pics from both of us, etc. A list of necessary docs should have come with your immigration forms. We were married in California and will marry again in Czech next year which is not a necessity for US immigration. You can also go to uscis.gov for absolutely all the info and forms you need! Good luck, Congrats and God Bless!

  2. Here is a listing of the requirements from the embassy in Colombia. Go to this gov. link http://bogota.usembassy.gov/wwwsimve.sht...

  3. Visa for which country???
