Rerouted and City Style battle to gain pace in the Al Naboodah Construction Group Conditions Race
11 runners will be competing in the Al Naboodah Construction Group (Conditions Race) which is scheduled to take place at Meydan, on 23rd February, 2012.
The race covers a distance of 1 mile and 1 furlong and offers a purse of £38, 710.
The runners competing in this race are:

City Style,
Fanunalter,
Hujaylea,
Janood,
Kingship Spirit,
Mantoba,
Rerouted,
Secrecy, and
Warriors Key.
Rerouted, the 4-year-old colt is trained by M.F. De Kock. His performance is showing progression compared to last year.
The son of Stormy Atlantic, out of Rouwaki, finished in 5th place, at Meydan, in the Al Shindagha Sprint Sponsored By Gulf News, which was held on 3rd February, 2012.
His performance further improved in the next race which took place on 16th February, 2012. He secured a placed position as he finished 3rd in the Range Rover Evoque Trophy Handicap, at Meydan.
City Style, trained by Mahmood Al Zarooni, has been performing remarkably well.
After an unsatisfactory seasonal debut, the son of City Zip, out of Brattothecore, started moving to better positions.
The 6-year-old gelding finished first, in the Friday Trophy Handicap, at Meydan, on 27st January, 2011, where he defeated Golden Sword.
City Style finished 1st in the Longines Master Collection Moon Phases Handicap, at the same racetrack, on 5th January, 2012, where he took the lead over Bridgefield.
City Style was aiming for a hat-trick but his winning streak was broken by his second place win, once again at Meydan.
He was defeated by Musir, in the Al Rashidiya Sponsored By Dubai Duty Free, on 26th January, 2012.
Tajaaweed, the 7-year-old horse, will be competing in his seasonal debut in this race.
The 7-year-old son of Dynaformer, out of Uforia, finished in fourth place in his last race, in the Grade 3 River City Handicap, at Churchill Downs, on 19th November, 2011.
Taking their past performances into consideration, it can be assumed that
Rerouted and City Style will lead the race.
Tajaaweed’s performance cannot be evaluated as he has yet to compete in this year but based on his status as race favourite in the previous race, he is attracting attention from the bookmakers.
His trainer, Doug Watson, is confident that he will perform well.
The third place is likely to be secured by the following remaining contenders.
Shamalgan, Fanunalter, Hujaylea, and
Janood are likely to acquire a placed finish.
