Reseach paper quesions on the Human Eye. Please I need help/suggestions?

I'm writing a reseach paper about the Ey e and the Eye develpoment. But that's where I'm stuck does anybody have any suggestions about what else I could write about? I would greatly appreciate it.

So far I plan on discussing (question for the paper)

When does the eye begin to develop? (Embryology)

What are the different components of the eye?

What are there functions/purpose?
