Are you spraying or doing it by hand with a squeegee?  Spray on runs about a dime a square foot, while hand work which gives a much better coverage runs up to twenty cents a square foot.

You will use more sealer doing it by hand, but it turns out better. If you are using buckets, it is watered down quite a bit, but the professional stuff is very thick and cover more evenly.  The professional sealer runs about three dollars a gallon, while the buckets are very cheap because they are over half water.
