I have just replaced my water filter in accordance with the owners manual after the 'Filter' warning appeared on my fridge door. However, once replaced, the warning is still active and now , 2 weeks later, the automatic shut off has activated so that we cannot get any water from the fridge.
The manual does not tell me how to reset the function following filter replacement and Hoover will only send an engineer to look at it and apply minimum call out charge. Can you help?
